Release Form and Registration   

The undersigned participant in the Northern Rodmakers Gathering (NRG) has the opportunity to participate in certain activities, such as, but not limited to, rod building, rod casting, educational activities, and fishing which have certain inherent risks that could cause death or serious bodily injury such as, but not limited to, drowning, physical injury from hooks, falls, and automobile accidents. The participant hereby agrees to assume all risks of costs, expenses, and liabilities, losses, injuries, damages, suits, fines, penalties and claims and demands of whatever character arising out of the participant’s guests or third parties, participation in NRG. The participant forever releases and discharges NRG, it’s officers, directors, committees, and members, successors, and assigns and estates, heirs, and the officers, directors, and members (the released parties) from the same, hereby covenanting and agreeing for itself and its estate, heirs administration not to bring any suit, action, claim or proceeding of any type or nature against the released parties including those based on negligence or breach of warranty which arise because of participation in NRG. This release is binding on my estate, heirs, administrators and assigns and shall be governed in accordance with the laws of the state of Wisconsin
